“You are absolutely glowing.”
This is the comment I’ve heard most often since I started to eat macro. My husband has also had people tell him this. Well, maybe not glowing, precisely, but a more manly man version of it. You get the idea. People are noticing. Other perks? Shopping for new clothes in a smaller size. More energy. Better sleep. Better sex and more often. Bye-bye PMS and cramps from hell. Seasonal colds? See ya. The list goes on and on. Whether you’re trying to recover your health from a serious illness, looking to lose some weight or just curious and want to shake up your cooking routine, eating macro can change your life. And it’s delicious.
